About Shafique
Shaf joined Aramar in 2021, having worked in an IT support capacity in all of his previous roles. He brought with him experience of working with AWS, data centres and Citrix within a SaaS and on-premise environment. He has a passion for delivering a positive customer experience for all support, project and training engagements. Shaf understands the frustrations of customers when things are not working as expected and loves talking to end users, helping to solve software or application issues, and passing on knowledge along the way. He works systematically, applying a logical approach and taking into account only the relevant details that are needed. He is a Support Manager who doesn't just fix things, he applies corrective and preventative measures to a problem.
