If you have cube view that has a lot of rows, by default Planning Analytics for Excel will limit how many rows can be displayed in Exploration, Quick Reports, or List Views. If you open a cube view where the rows exceed the limit, you will see an error message.
If you need to change the row limit, you can configure it by following the steps below:
- On the IBM Planning Analytics tab within Excel, click the Options icon.
- In the navigation pane, click IBM Planning Analytics.
- Locate the Data display row limit under Exploration or list settings.
- Use the field to define a number.
- Click OK.
Your reports, lists and explorations will now be able to display more rows
