Agenda
Upon arrival, you will need to show security a form of government issued photo ID such as a passport or a driving licence. Once you have checked in with security, you will be issued a badge and escorted to Floor 5 by an IBM colleague. You will then be met by the Aramar team and IBM.

Upon arrival, you will need to show security a form of government issued photo ID such as a passport or a driving licence. Once you have checked in with security, you will be issued a badge and escorted to Floor 5, where you will be met by the Aramar team and IBM.
The nearest train station to IBM London is Waterloo. Take exit 6 from Waterloo station, sign-posted for South Bank. Turn left at the bottom of the stone stairs then follow Station Approach to York Road. Use the crossing to cross to York Road. Turn left heading southwest along York Road. The IBM London entrance is about 150m on the right.
Tube stations in walking distance include Waterloo, Waterloo East, and Blackfriars.
The nearest available parking is the National Theatre car park, which is about a 5 minute walk from IBM London. You can find out more about parking rates here.
Attendee Form
The deadline has now passed to complete attendee forms. We ask for this information for security, catering and event purposes. If you do not fill out this form, we cannot guarantee that your dietary requirements will be catered for.
Any dietary requirements requested after the 31st August are not guaranteed to be catered for.

How can I contact a member of the Aramar team on the day?

Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, you will need a government issued photo form of ID to check in with IBM Security. This includes a passport or a driving licence.
How will I access WiFi on the day?
If you have confirmed your attendance to us, we will share your name and email with IBM to arrange WiFi connection. IBM do not have an open guest network, so if we do not know that you are planning to attend we may not be able to provide you with WiFi on the day.
If you are planning on bringing additional colleagues, please let us know so we can arrange WiFi access for them.
We would recommend checking your emails the morning of the event before you arrive at IBM to see your login credentials. The 4G internet connection at IBM isn’t always reliable!
Will there be food, and can you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Food will be provided on the day, and will include breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please can you detail them here.
Please advise of any dietary requirements by the 30th August otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be catered for.
